- Medical – Through our group insurance plan, CTI pays 50% of the premium for Kaiser Gold Plan A. To be eligible, employees must complete 60 days of full-time employment. The premium is age based. You may choose a different plan option and pay the difference in premium cost.
- Dental – Through our group insurance plan, CTI offers Smilesaver Dental Insurance. To be eligible, employees must complete 60 days of full-time employment.
- Vision – Through our group insurance plan, CTI offers EyeMed10 Vision Insurance. To be eligible, employees must complete 60 days of full-time employment
Participation is entirely voluntary. To be eligible, employees must be at least 21 years of age and complete 1 year of service. Once enrolled, CTI matches 50% on the first 4% of the participant’s compensation.
Our industry-competitive vacation schedule means you do not have to wait to complete one year of service before enjoying a little time off – you’re eligible for vacation after completing 90 days of full-time employment as the days are earned!
40 hours of paid sick time each year that accrues from the day you are hired and available after you have completed 90 days of full-time employment. An active employee possessing sick time remaining at the time of their anniversary will be paid in a lump sum distribution. We value your commitment to success!

Most employees will observe six holidays each year including December 25 and New Year’s Day. To be eligible for holiday pay, you must be on the active payroll on the day of the holiday and have completed 90 days of full-time employment.
